Second Stage – Our Report:

• Our full analysis will be presented to you, outlining all price reduction opportunities found.
• We will recommend a strategy and supply an action plan to secure the required price reductions given the circumstances surrounding your supplier circumstances.

Third Stage – Ongoing Monitoring

• As we continue to receive your information we will monitor all pricing and advise of further opportunities as they become available.
