Our Programs : Electricity Management

First Stage – Our Review

• Review your current usage profile and provide a detailed summary of your costs on the open hourly spot market (or through any other contract you may have in place) as compared to the pricing strategies we used during the similar timeframe.
• Advise you if there are changes to your current methods of purchase that could further enhance your pricing position and further limit your risk exposure.
• Review copies of existing and future contracts or proposals for supply and advise if there are potential problems or improvements required.
• Advise you of the most appropriate energy management arrangement and the associated management fees should you decide to enter into our ongoing Electricity Management Program.

Second Stage – Risk Assessment

• We will meet with you to establish guidelines and priorities relative to your risk tolerance.
• We will provide a detailed purchasing strategy, custom designed for your particular requirements, which will outline the best available electricity supply program.
• We will review all documentation involved and provide recommendations where applicable for amendments or adjustments.

Third Stage – Ongoing Management

• We will monitor future power prices on a daily basis and update our risk hedging strategy accordingly and recommend additional block purchases as required.
• We will verify billing data from all parties on a monthly basis to confirm pricing and terms are inline with established arrangements.
• We will report to you on any activities occurring within the electricity marketplace that could impact your business, positively or negatively.
• We will provide any additional advice or information required to ensure that.

Weekly Energy Report

•  You will receive your weekly energy report to outline the current electricity market fundamentals and indicative term pricing, thus enabling you to monitor your position relative to pricing targets set.  Sample Report
