U.S. Government Bureaucracy Should Share the Blame for Spikes in Gasoline Price
March 10th, 2008In Canada, the formulation for gasoline produced at all refineries, is exactly the same under the guidelines of the Canadian General Standards Board. This is not true in the USA where the 1990 EPA (Environment Protection Agency), Clean Air Act created a monster whereby there are over 25 different formulations for regular unleaded gasoline.
