Leslie W. Drover has held senior positions in the energy/commodity and high-technology industries for more than 40 years. In his business career he has consistently achieved a number of firsts – the youngest branch manager at 23 of a major consumer finance company, the youngest representative of an international energy consulting company and the first representative to be hired by that company under age 40.  In 1985 he formed En-Pro Associates (Canada) Inc., later to become En-Pro International Inc., one of the most successful energy/commodity consulting companies in North America. A native of Halifax, Nova Scotia, he is an alumnus of St. Mary’s University (Commerce), Halifax.
