Edward Lukow, FCA is a highly experienced business executive who was formerly Managing Partner of the Oshawa office of BDO Dunwoody, a leading accounting and management firm. His area of expertise is in acquisitions, sale of business, operation consulting, and reorganizations. In addition, he also served as the advisor to the president of a large international company, concentrating on acquisitions and operational matters. He is past president of the Chamber Insurance Corporation of Canada Inc. and a former owner/partner in small corporations in the food and construction industry. Edward has held key positions in both small and large business operations and understands clearly the needs of companies of all sizes operating in highly competitive markets, business areas where En-Pro is very active. In the community service area he was a director of Oshawa Children’s Aid Society and past president of The Kiwanis Club of Oshawa. He also served as the president of the Oshawa Chamber of Commerce. |
John Kiemele, Vice President

John Kiemele – is responsible for En-Pro International’s team of Energy Cost Advisors and is one of Canada’s leading experts on issues pertaining to electricity deregulation and natural gas. John oversees the contractual arrangements for all En-Pro clients, encompassing the full range of industry sectors, sizes and purchasing alternatives, with day-to-day responsibilities of negotiating terms for gas and power pricing. John is quoted regularly in newspapers, trade publications, and consumer magazines. He frequently appears on television and radio discussing energy, electricity and natural gas issues. He has been a featured columnist for Energy Processing, Propane Canada and the Roughneck Buy and Sell and other publications where he writes about various issues that impact industry in North America. John is a native of Niagara Falls, Ontario and joined En-Pro International Inc. in 1988 after graduating from the Energy Systems Engineering Technology program at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario. |
